I jumped at the opportunity to redesign a Top 50 US Online Property with more than 30 million monthly visitors.  This year-long effort has resulted in substantial usability improvements and a 15% drop in homepage bounce rate.

To help users more easily transition to the new WhitePages interface, we implemented a "What's New" page that showcased the most notable changes and explained new features.

The Listing Details page was redesigned to better meet the needs of the users; overall visual alignment was improved, tools were consolidated, white space added, icons were standardized; then everything was user tested and adapted even further.

My Contribution:  All stages of UX design - from competitive research to ideation to wireframes to high fidelity mocks to delivery of redline specs and graphic assets.

To accompany the very successful launch of the free WhitePages iPhone App (it holds a Top 10 spot in the Reference Category), various marketing and product pages were created.

My Contribution:  UX design - including extensive research of the most successful sign-up/ landing page design patterns; following my less is more philosophy,  I created this very successful, refined design which I then applied to other landing pages in order to improve performance and usability across the board.

Another full site redesign, the goal of this project was to modernize the overall look of W3Data while improving usability by pushing the most important features to the homepage where they could more easily be utilized.
